외국인 학생들의 유학 생활 조기 정착 및 졸업생 동문 관리를 위해 추진하는 ‘외국인 학생 국가별 동문회 지원 프로그램’ 을 아래와 같이 진행하오니 부산대학교 외국인 학생 여러분의 많은 참여 바랍니다.

    

□ 운영 개요

○ 운영기간: 2024. 7월 ~ 2025. 2월 (8개월)

○ 모집대상: 13개국 동문회

○ 운영내용: 국가별 동문회 활동 지원(활동비, 홈페이지 커뮤니티 생성 등)

 

□ 모집 방법

○ 지원자격(둘 중 하나 충족 시 지원 가능)

  - (신규) 활동 가능한 PNU 학생 30명 이상인 국가별* 동문회

  - (기존) 기결성된 국가별 동문회

   * 국가별 재학생 30명 미만인 경우 대륙별, 특성별 동문회 결성 가능 예) 남미 동문회, 유럽 동문회, 고려인 동문회 등

○ 모집기간: 2024.05.10.(금)~05.30.(목)

○ 신청방법: 신청 서류 작성 후 이메일 제출(isupport@pusan.ac.kr)

□ 참가 동문회 혜택

○ 동문회 활동비 지급

- 지급 기준: 선발 심사 순위 순으로 지급

○ 동문회 임원 임명장 발급

○ 각 동문회별 대표 1명 집행부 활동 장학금 지원 * 예산 배정에 따라 지원여부는 달라질 수 있음

  - 장학 금액: 1인당 100,000원

  - 지급 시기: 24년 2월 중(활동 종료 후)

 - 유의 사항: 운영 기간 중 성실히 프로그램에 임하지 않을 시, 장학금 미지급 및 보조금 환수 조치

We are conducting the ‘International Students Alumni Association Support Program’ to help international students settle into their studies abroad early and establish a alumni network. We welcome your participation!

    

□ Operation Overview

  ○ Period: July 2024 ~ February 2025 (8 months)

  ○ Recruitment target: Alumni associations from 13 countries

  ○ Operation details: Support for alumni association activities in each country (activity fees, alumni website community management, etc.)

    

□ Recruitment

  ○ Requirement (one of the two is satisfied)

   - (New) alumni association* with at least 30 PNU International students

   - (Existing) Established alumni associations by country

     * If there are less than 30 students per country, alumni associations can be formed by continent or characteristic.

      (Examples) South American Alumni Association, Korea Alumni Association, etc.

  ○ Recruitment period: 2024.05.10.(Fri) ~ 05.30. (Thur)

  ○ How to apply: Fill out the application documents and submit them via email (isupport@pusan.ac.kr)

□ Benefits of participating

  ○ Payment of alumni association activity expenses

   - Payment criteria: Payment will be made in order of selection ranking.

  ○ Scholarship support for 'one' representative from each alumni association *Support availability may vary depending on budget allocation

   - Scholarship amount: 100,000 won per person

   - Payment period: During February 2025 (after the activity ends)

   - Note: If you do not faithfully participate in the program during the operation period, the scholarship will not be paid, and the subsidy will be refunded.
